Made of silver and enamels.\u00a0<\/strong>Measures 47.82 mm in width; 46.63 mm in height and weighs 31.2 grams. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In excellent condition with beautiful enamels. There are only some small superficial contact marks on the 12 o’clock ray of the red star. The higher laying parts on its obverse show light wear and most details are still visible. The screwplate is time period to the order and the screw has not been shortened.<\/p>\n

Probably awarded during the spring of 1945 so nice research potential.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Soviet Order of the Red Star was given to Red Army and Navy personnel for exceptional service in the cause of the defense of the Soviet Union; in both war and peace. Also awarded for 15 years of service prior to the creation of the long service awards.<\/em><\/p>\n
