\nSoviet medal\u00a0for the Liberation of Prague <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

Variation 1a with a separately soldered eyelet and less detailed rays and wreath on the obverse of the medal<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Made of gilded brass. Measures 32.10 mm in width, 37.49 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 16.9 gram.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The medal is in excellent condition with light wear and several dings and scratches but most details are still crisp, even on the higher laying parts. A fair amount of gold plating is still present and the steel suspension is time period to the medal.<\/p>\n

Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Prague between the 3 and 9 May 1945.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
