Private Korolev was a private and actually received 2 Bravery medals with consecutive numbers, both were handed out to him on the same day on 12 August 1940! With this he is quite possible the only person with 2 Medals for Bravery for the Winter War. He was awarded by 14 Army command, which was engaged in the Battle for Petsamo during the Winter War (most northern sector of the Finnish-Soviet border in the Arctic region).
