It measures 32.39 mm in diameter, 37.56 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 22.1 gram without its suspension.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This original medal is in excellent, above average condition with all details crisp. Even the eyelids of both Lenin and Stalin are crisp. Both sides show several dings and scratches but light overall wear. This was done on February 2, 1943, by decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. It recognised the courage of the partisans in their struggle to free the Soviet Motherland behind enemy lines. Its statute was amended by a further decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1947.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
