Made of gilded brass. Measures 32.11 mm in width, <\/span>37.80 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.5 gram without its suspension.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This medal is in excellent condition with most gold plating present. There are a several tiny dings and scratches on both sides and most details are perfectly crisp. The suspension is original and typical for a Defense of Leningrad medal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This is the earliest version of the medal featuring a short line of the horizon on the obverse.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Awarded to all Soviet military and civilians who participated in the defense of Leningrad between September 1941 and January 1944.<\/em><\/p>\n
