This medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship is made of gold plated brass and enamels. It measures 44.11 in height; 39.34 mm in width and it weighs 19.5 gram.\u00a0On the obverse the national flags of the USSR and China are shown next to The motto “Long Live Sino Soviet Friendship”. The reverse has the inscription; “People’s Revolutionary Military Committee of the Central People’s Government of the Chinese People’s Republic” and the 1953 issue date.<\/p>\n

The medal is in excellent condition. All details are crisp and a substantial amount of the gold plating is present. The red enamel is chipped around the edges but nothing penetrating the brass.<\/p>\n
