This order of the Red Banner made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 45.18 mm in height and 36.11 mm in width. It weighs 24.7 gram. The serial number and mint mark are located at the 6 o’clock position of its reverse.<\/p>\n

The order is in absolute mint condition with crisp details and flawless enamels. The gold plating is fully present and the award comes with its time period double layer suspension.<\/p>\n

The Order of the Red Banner recognized\u00a0military deeds. Before the establishment of the Order of Lenin, the order functioned as the highest (and practically the only) military order of the USSR. Practically all well-known Soviet commanders became Cavaliers of this Order. Also awarded to NKVD personnel.<\/em><\/p>\n
