Group of Soviet Campaign Medals mounted on a brass suspension

 

 

Awarded to Sergey Yakovlevich Balitsky (Сергей Яковлевич Балицкий)

 

 

 

The group consists of the following items:

 

Medal for the Capture of Budapest variation 2:

Made of gilded brass. Measures 32.29 mm in width, 37.36 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.9 gram. 

This medal is in excellent condition with crisp details. There are few dings and small scratches only and much of the gold plating is still present.

The medal comes with its booklet dated ’19 May 1947′ and is numbered A 352035

 

 

Medal for the Capture of Vienna variation 2:

Made of gilded brass. Measures 32.46 mm in width, 37.74 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 16.4 gram.

This medal is in excellent condition with light wear and most gold plating present.

The medal comes with its booklet dated ’27 June 1947′ and is numbered A 248553

 

 

Medal for the Victory over Germany variation 2:

Made of gilded brass. Measures 32.26 mm in width, 37.42 mm in height, including the eyelet and it weighs 17.7 gram.

This medal is in excellent condition with light wear and most details are still visible.

The medal comes with its booklet dated ‘9 October 1946’ and is numbered Я 0036418
