Made of solid silver. Measures 37.23 mm in height, 32.21 mm in width and weighs 18.5 gram. The medal is in a nicie, worn condition with most details visible and much red lacquer still present. There are several dings and scratches on both sides and its connection ring has not been cut. The medal comes with its time period suspension and old ribbon.

Made of solid silver. Measures 37.16 mm in height, 32.28 mm in width and weighs 18.3 gram. The medal is in nice condition with most details visible. The lacquer filling the lettering is mostly present although a substantial part is lost. Its connection ring has not been cut and the medal comes with its old suspension and ribbon.

Private SVISTELA Fedor Makarovich, the horse carriage driver of the 1st battalion, is bestowed for impeccable service and selfless conduct exhibited in the missions for delivering ammunition and food to the combat formations of the battalion under enemy artillery fire in the period 05-20 September 1943 near the villages Dolshino (Prichistensky district) and Doubrovka (Doukhovschizna district) of Smolensk region.

Private SVISTELA Feodosij Makarovich, horse carriage driver, he proved himself as hardworking and responsible soldier during his long service in the regiment. His effort led to horses being fit and healthy.
